Our full service agreement
covers your entire heating and air conditioning system and
provides for all parts and labor necessary to keep your equipment
in good working condition. We have hundreds of satisfied customers
who have peace of mind knowing that any breakdowns that may occur
will be taken care of promptly and without a big repair bill.
Did you know that the
average cost of adding Freon to a system is $150 to $300? Changing
either fan motor (there are two) will cost between $280 and $460
and the average cost of a compressor replacement is $1100 to $2300!
That is why so many of our
customers prefer to pay just once a year for a service agreement.
We do any necessary repairs that arise, at no additional cost to
them (with two exceptions, explained below).
Our full service agreement
covers your air conditioning and heating system and, for one
yearly fee, provides for any necessary repairs that arise, both
labor and parts (fan motors, Freon, contactors, controls, minor
duct repair, etc.), with the exception of the compressor and
evaporator coil, for which there is a nominal charge in the event
that either of these parts need replacement. (Failure of the
compressor or evaporator coil is very rare, however the rising
cost of replacement parts has necessitated that we add this
exclusion to our agreement.) Also included is one check-up visit
per year.
Coverage is during normal
working hours (Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm). Emergency
service is available after hours and on weekends for a flat-rate
after-hours fee of $40.00 if you have a valid service agreement.

Agreements are priced based
on the size, age and condition of the air conditioning and heating
equipment. There is a 10% discount on agreements for two or more
years and coverage is also available for electronic air cleaners,
heat recovery systems and additional units. If you have friends or
neighbors who might be interested, we offer a 15% discount to
groups of five or more.
