Seasonal check-ups are usually done in the Spring (March - May) and/or Fall (September - November) to ensure that your air conditioning and heating equipment is in its best working condition for the summer and winter weather, to keep your equipment at peak efficiency, ensure your comfort, and cut down on repair bills.
