LIMITED SERVICE AGREEMENT OF
AIR CONDITIONING AND HEATING SYSTEM

 AGREEMENT CONDITIONS
 

ALLIED AIR CONDITIONING AND HEATING, INC., HEREINAFTER KNOWN AS “ALLIED” in consideration of the amount received, agrees to replace defective parts and service the product indicated until the date recorded on the face of the agreement.  The furnishing of parts and service assumed by us includes home and/or shop calls to repair or replace and install parts necessary for proper operation.  (Excludes filter or service required to replace same, unless otherwise stated on front of agreement.) 

- During the effective dates of this agreement, Allied retains exclusive rights to service, repair, and maintain this equipment.  Service by any other company without Allied’s permission will void the terms of this agreement. 

 - Service shall be available and rendered during the regular working hours of Allied of 8:00 a.m to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, at no charge, except where noted under "Exclusions" on the face of the agreement.   Service  performed outside of these hours, including all day Saturday and all day Sunday, can be charged at Allied's regular service rate, at Allied’s discretion, as well as nuisance calls (dirty filters, tripped breakers, improper setting on thermostat).

 - Allied endeavors to render prompt service at all times but is not responsible for delays due to the unavailability of parts, uncommonly heavy work load or any other reasons beyond Allied’s control.

 - This Agreement does not cover service or parts made necessary as a result of fire, theft, accidental damage, abuse, neglect, unauthorized alterations, repairs required in any part of the water, gas, electric or plumbing source, deterioration or erosion of exterior or interior components, parts or cabinets, or any acts of God.  Neither does this Agreement cover original installation or any re-installation or modification.

 - The balancing of the air distribution system is not included in this Agreement.

 - Allied does not authorize any of its representatives to assume any verbal liability other than those contained herein.

 - This Agreement is limited to maintenance, service and the replacement of defective parts as described and limited herein. 

- Allied is not liable for any damages to residences resulting from undetected problems in heating or cooling systems.

 - Allied reserves the right to cancel agreement at any time and in the event Allied chooses to do so, premiums will be refunded at the rate of 1/12th of the total agreement price times the number of months remaining on the agreement.

 - Refrigeration and electrical lines not accessible, such as in ceilings,  walls and floors,  electric circuit breaker panels, and fuse boxes are excluded from this agreement.

 - Allied shall not be responsible for replacement or replacement costs of any serviced equipment and reserves the right to advise the customer when their equipment is obsolete and not repairable. 

- Allied may, at its option, cancel agreement if not paid for within ten (10) days after effective date of agreement.
